By commissioning this artist you will be acknowleging the processes and terms as listed below. Those who break these Terms, will not be allowed to purchase any commissions from me in the future you will be added to my blacklist and then blocked

General Usage:

Base prices are subject to change dependant on what the commissioner has requested. ​

I can reject a commission for any reasons.

My art is under no circumstance allowed to be used for AI or NFT usage. Anyone discovered doing so will be blocked & blacklisted.

Commissions made for commercial purposes will be x2 the base price of the chosen 
commission. If this specification isn't stated, that will result in you being added to my blacklist.​

Payment:​

A 100% upfront payment.

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

 

Revisions:

Any revisions requested right after the sketch phase will require an extra payment, and said payment will depend entirely on how big a revision is asked for:

e.g. Small Changes: Slight pose readjustment

e.g. Big Changes: Major pose readjutsment, Body Types, Complete Outfit Changes.

No revisions will be accepted once the Flat Colours have been finalised.

 

Copyright & Use(s):

The Artist:

I am within my right to cancel and give a refund on a commission for any reasons.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. 
I will NOT claim the Intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (Any of your Original Characters and Original Concepts, will still be owned by yourself etc.)

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, & put them in as part of my portfolio.

You, The Customer:

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels. (With credits.)

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

You retain the rights to any of your Intellectual Property (IP).

The following is considered copyright infringement:​

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.

Cancellation & Refunding:

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.​

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

If the buyer wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the buyer can be issued a partial refund, based on how far I've gotten into it.
